As the Communications Department Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative and communication strategies of our agency. Your core task will be to bring your expertise as a PR expert with a real media contactsto enhance our outreach efforts; while as group leader, you will lead the content development and account management team.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Media Relations: Write, review, and distribute press releases in both English and Hungarian, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Leverage your extensive media contact database to build and nurture PR and press relationships, ensuring our agency’s projects and initiatives receive the attention they deserve.● Communication Project Management: Provide comprehensive communication support for agency projects, from initial planning to execution, and manage feedback effectively.
● Internal Communication: Oversee the agency’s internal processes to team members and stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment.
● Event Communication: Offer full communication support for agency events, both in Hungarian and, when necessary, in English, to ensure successful outcomes.
● Website Management: directly oversee the colleague responsible for website management.
● Social Media Oversight: Maintain professional, content, and visual supervision of our agency’s social media pages. Collaborate proactively with team members to acquire professional materials.
● Digital Analytics: Measure the effectiveness of digital channels and conduct data-based analysis to provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
