Startup Safari Budapest, the largest community event of the Hungarian startup ecosystem, will take place again on 11 June 2024. Going back to the roots of the conference, this year we can connect with the Hungarian startup world in several venues.
Startup Safari has been taking place across Europe for more than 10 years, and since 2015 it has been held not only in Berlin, Paris, Munich or Barcelona, but also in Budapest. After the online and hybrid formats of the past years, this summer the venues will be open for live visits. The conference will feature exciting presentations for anyone interested in innovation, technology and behind-the-scenes business.
In addition to knowledge sharing, Safari will also place great emphasis on interactive programmes and courses: in the heart of Budapest, they will be offering a variety of workshops, interactive programmes, round tables, pitch competitions and networking opportunities at more than 10 locations, where participants can ask questions, get to know each other, but also have the opportunity to meet in person. On 10 June, on the eve of Startup Safari, the Capital Portal programmes will open the conference in the Impact Hub.
The event has been supported from an early stage by organisations important to the Hungarian startup community, such as Startup Hungary and Create 26, Tőkeportál, the Hungarian Development Promotion Office, OXO Holdings, Green Brother (the Hungarian partners of EIT InnoEnergy and Urban Mobility), MBH Fintechlab, OUVC, NIÜ, HSUP, and ELTE. The aim of the partner institutions, as sponsors of the thematic visitor trips, is to enrich this year’s event with topical, varied and valuable programmes.
