Ready – Intro to export workshop

Workshop

In person

1077 Budapest, Kéthly Anna tér 1.

In the first part, we help you understand and assess how ready your company, your product and yourself are for the big adventure.  As always when someone is about to embark on a big journey, you need to take stock: what will you need on the journey, what tasks will you need to do and what tasks will others need to do? How can you get your bearings quickly, reliably and efficiently? If it looks like you're not quite ready, we can help you fill in the gaps.

We'll show you what the world sees and understands about your company, and how to make your company attractive on the international market, because you can't make a first impression twice.  A basic step on this path is to achieve visibility and increase it towards your target markets.  We solve the dilemma: how else can you get in with big companies other than cold-calling? Where are the points through which you can accelerate the development and internationalisation of your company?  We'll shed some light on what's different about international ecosystems, what you can expect and what you can't expect from these new environments.  You will learn how to properly cultivate one of the most effective ways of ecosystem and business development, communication, and how to integrate it into your business development approach.
