Hungarian healthcare innovation firms tap into the extensive innovation network across Europe.

The EIT stands as Europe's largest innovation ecosystem, uniting nearly 2,400 partners from premier business, research, and educational institutions across over 50 innovation hubs throughout Europe. Its mission is to fortify Europe's innovation capabilities by addressing urgent global issues and fostering entrepreneurial talent, thereby generating sustainable growth and skilled employment opportunities within the continent. As an EU entity, the EIT is an integral component of the Horizon Europe program, the EU's overarching framework for research and innovation. Through its support for dynamic pan-European collaborations, known as Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs), the EIT facilitates partnerships among leading companies, research labs, and universities. Each KIC is dedicated to tackling a significant global challenge, ranging from climate change to healthcare to renewable energy.
