The NIÜ has signed a cooperation agreement with the International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation (IASP).
The aim of the joint work is twofold:
- To strengthen the professional and business case for the application concepts, drawing on the knowledge and experience base of IASP, following the government's Science and Innovation Park title competition announced in early May
- The sharing of good practices by IASP members with domestic universities implementing S&I parks could highlight a number of operational difficulties that could greatly help the parks to operate effectively.
The agreement was signed by László Bódis, CEO of the NIÜ, and Salvatore Majorana, Vice President of the IASP. The NIÜ also plans to conclude a partnership agreement with the organisation in the near future.
